This type of Service attends specific doubts concerning the handling of the systems. It is available for clients with a software renewal contract (CoRS). Our answer promise regarding this service is of fifty (50) minutes. The schedule for client attention is:

· Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
· On Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 m.
