PAYROLL AND PERSONNEL SYSTEM (RHi)
General Characteristics:
The Software regarding Payroll and Human Resource is an administrator of liquidation processes concerning Payroll, Employee Benefits and Auto-Liquidation, according to the legal dispositions of the Colombian Labour Legislation (¨Régimen Laboral Colombiano¨).

It allows including all the shifts and the diverse cost centres, the handling of different types of salaries (fixed, variable or integral salaries) and the capturing of novelties, collectives, related to the specific period and salary.

• Auto-liquidation

It is a system that allows the integration of all the information in real time, the fulfilment of the existent legal dispositions in Colombia. This system consists of four modules: Invoicing, Inventories, Portfolio and Treasury; all of their reports can be exported to EXCEL and to HTML
