Concerning the Netviewer tool we attend services in a remote form, such as: visits, formation courses and demonstrations; these are attended at the office of ILIMITADA S.A. For the case of the visits and – as well as concerning the visits at the site of the client – these have a time for response of two (2) working days and are invoiced by hours, according to the yearly existent fee. Regarding the clients with existing CoRS, the remote visits concerning software guarantee have no cost.
